You can take an unlimited amount of pictures.

In the group, each person gets to print 1 picture. If you come by yourself you can print 2 pictures.

Extra pictures can always be printed for $5 each.

The pictures will be sent to you via email.

You will be sent the full amount of pictures taken. So for example, if you took 100 pictures during the session you will receive 100 pictures via email.

Absolutely, we are welcoming our pet customer.

There is a maximum of 10 people at the time allowed in the studio.

This is ok, they can pay during the session.

There is no photographer in our studio. What makes BYME special is that YOU are the photographer :)

No, our staff is always available to induct you on how to use the studio but will leave the room for the duration of the session to give you privacy.

The entire studio space is for your party only, allowing you to change outfits right in the studio during your session.

No. Our building has no elevator.

Yes, we provide 2 hour guest parking space available directly in front of the building. Additionally, you have the convenience of street parking.

We allow changes to the appointments up to 24h in advance, but we can’t guarantee a lengthening of the session’s time.

This is not possible since the selecting and printing process is very time-consuming.

Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a 100% refund.

2. Cancellations or no shows within the 3 days prior to their session will not receive any refund under any circumstances and are non-transferable.

3. We allow changes to appointments up to 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is changed after this timeframe a refund will not be possible.

Yes. Please feel free to arrive early and take advantage of our amenities. We provide a comfortable lounge area.
